Join Mahj Atelier every first Friday of the month from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM for a beautiful morning of American Mahjong at ABC Carpet & Home in Greenwich, Connecticut. Gather around thoughtfully styled tables, connect with fellow Mahjong enthusiasts, and enjoy an elevated open-play experience in one of the area's most inspiring and beautifully curated settings. This weekly open-play event follows official NMJL card rules and is designed for players who are comfortable playing independently. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, meet new players, or simply enjoy a few relaxing hours at the table, Open Play offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the game while enjoying a warm, welcoming, and social atmosphere. All Mahjong tile sets, racks, mats, and accessories will be provided. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own NMJL card. If you're newer to the game or would benefit from additional instruction, Mahj Atelier also offers Mahj 101 & 102 beginner classes, as well as guided play experiences designed to help players build confidence before joining open-play tables.
